Mike was very helpful. He made himself available any time we needed him. He made everything very easy for us, which we really appreciated. If we couldn't figure something that was sent to us via e- mail all we had to do was give him a call. We have never worked with a loan agent that made us feel so comfortable. He has personality plus and he really cares about the people he is helping. He gets a 10+ in our book.

I cannot give Mike enough praise for the experience we had re-financing our house using a VA option. His care and transparency were phenomenal. I can't remember a time, when we had a question, that we couldn't get in touch with him and have him provide us with the answers we needed. Mike returned every phone call we made to him. He was extremely helpful, kind, we could call him with any questions which he answered. He called us for something in 12-23-19 and said that if we needed him we should call..over Christmas. I told him if we needed him we would call after Christmas.. Now, how many business people do that for a customer. He is awesome,!! We would recommend him to everyone.
