The entire process from start to finish was seamless. We started out discussing my short-term and long-term financial goals. Michael helped me thought along process because in the spring I just was off a little on the debit to income balance. Michael kept me informed until things changed, then he worked hard to get me approved. He did in fact got me approved and got the loan processed. I am very great full to Michael Culella. If you are looking to remortgage, refinance or get a home equity loan you could not find a better Mortgage Planner if you tried.

Spent a ton of time with us and worked around our schedule. He was flexible and always available no matter the time of day. He was very helpful and experienced. When he did not have an answer for us he found it out and got back to us quickly. He guided us through the process and made it easy as possible. He also pushed to get things completed as quickly as possible. He has followed up with us afterwards and has offered to help us get to our goal in the next 2 years before refinancing into a conventional loan.
