I felt that everyone was very helpful. They responded to my questions in a timely manner. Was always very helpful if they didn't know the answer to my questions they would make sure to find out. The only problem I had was that it took longer than expected.

My original loan company created a giant mess that exhausted all the time we had left to move. Then, they informed us they couldn't process our loan due to "too many fees" being charged by their company. We were referred to American Equity and Michael, and I was extremely satisfied. Misinformed on rates and cash out amount. My accounts did not get paid in full. I still have balances. They did not get the correct paid off amounts. Now I have to pay additional payments
