This was the absolute worst experience I have had try to do a refinance. I was told my application was approved and they had all information necessary for closing. This never happened. I called Mike multiple times and he never returned my calls. He never kept me in the loop during this whole process which took almost 2 months. Closing was cancelled twice. Loan amount was always wrong, took way too long to make that correct. It's been a week and I don't have my check. Promised to negotiate the fees to the title company, never happened.
