Michelle and Molly were there for us through two long months while waiting for our house to be completed. They are a fantastic team and we would highly recommend them!
Michelle and Molly were outstanding. Our loan process is more difficult than some due to deing a non owner occupied loan and a 1031 exchange. They were able to help us navigate through the loan process and come out with a positive outcome. We cannot recommend Michelle and her team highly enough. We were in the process of moving from Hawaii to the mainland so everything was a bit more complicated especially considering some significant life transition events on our end. You would not have known we were separated by four time zones, at all. My second time with Michelle. Purchased a home and now, years later, refinancing. I think she should change the name of her company to McGuth’s because refinancing with her is as easy as going to a drive through. The only complaint I can think of is she doesn’t have the drive-up window. I actually had to get out of my car for the paperwork. Not only is she a great broker, she’s an honest to goodness, down to earth sweet and caring human being. You will be a repeat customer, that’s for sure.
