The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I drove almost an hour to have our rabbit seen and I’d do it again if our normal vet isn’t open. Highly recommend.

When we had an emergency with our senior bunny, the team at Midwest was extremely helpful in a time of stress. They kept us informed, made recommendations and supported us in our decisions. And when it came time to bring bunny home, Patty helped us feel comfortable and confident with the medicine we needed to administer following his stay. Very knowledgable and encouraging staff. Thank you so much to the staff that took care of my boy Leroy today! I can't thank you guys enough. Great staff, one of the few 24 hour emergency vets in Illinois! Hopefully we won't have to be back but I will reccommend this vet to everyone I know!
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Very glad I chose to take my Einstein to them. The bill was pricey but I attribute this to the “Chicago area” upcharge as well as the fact that it’s an exotic vet. I’m just happy to know I have good service available around the clock if we need them. :) Very pleased.

I brought my duck here when she suddenly started having balance problems. The staff is great and Dr. Alia really took the time to listen. Daphne is doing great now. Very grateful for the caring attitude here!
