I called to schedule a COVID-19 test for multiple reasons: - I am a nurse currently working in a long term care facility. - I have been exposed to and in direct contact with multiple people who tested positive for COVID-19. - I have a doctor's order for the test from a physician in which I had a virtual visit. - I have experienced tightness of the chest in the past week. - I had a cough & sore throat several weeks ago. Went here for a Pap. First when I tried to schedule it the receptionist (don't know her name, she had long blond-ish hair and glasses) told me they didn't do Pap Smears despite both the website and Dr. Palumbo telling me they do. My wife took two of our kids there when they both had a fever. They were both given flu tests (negative), and they diagnosed my daughter w strep throat. They have her the test, but felt w the symptoms were enough for the diagnosis. They put her on antibiotics and we were on our way. My son continued to get worse, and I got him into his pediatrician.
