They didnt help me. I had a thumb injury and they just told me to take 7 days of antibiotics and take Tylenol. I left with the same injury as when I came. No relief, just excuses and lies.

Used to love this place but got a text of an unpaid bill from months ago when I wasn't even in the state. And billing department don't answer. I feel scammed.

This is quite possibly the worst medical facility I have ever been to - including several immediate care facilities. Urgent care is never great, but this place is truly awful. I made an appointment and filled out all paperwork online but the appointment was still 30 minutes late - this is somewhat normal. We went due to fever. Nurse did not had her gloves on. I had to remind her to take the temperature. When she was taking the temperature she was holding the oral thermometer with her bare hand and she mistakenly released the plastic cover of the thermometer inside the mouth. This is a really unprofessional and careless behavior by a First Line worker.

I went there to see a doctor for sore throat. The appointment took less than 10 minutes. They charged me $ 389.09, after insurance plan discount I paid 92.00 the final amount. Few months later I received another bill of $75.00 from Lab. When I called to the billing department they couldn't get any reasonable explanation about the additional bill until I talked to supervisor. I went in clinic with my older son for a checkup rt away receptionist is very rude She assumed we were in for covid. Then the medical assistant took my sons vitals and was highly elevated then she said sit down which read better. We all know when taking person should be sitting down not standing up. The service as far as COVID testing was fine, although they add a charge for office visits. I am writing this review because of the terrible experience we have had with their billing department. We paid our bill on time and continue to receive bills months later for a charge that we paid. After multiple phone calls and emails, the problem has not been resolved, so just a heads up if you use this facility to watch the billing carefully.

DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC!! Went in for a COVID Antibody test. They said before coming in that it would be for free. We then received bills for the service. We called up their billing office which never answers or calls back from the voicemails we left. We then call the actual clinic multiple times and they keep saying they'll take care of it but never do. Now we receive a letter from a collections agency. TERRIBLE CLINIC! STAY FAR AWAY! NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
