I went for a strep test, my insurance said they covered it, and I have the documentation to prove it, and now they are sending me texts that says I owe $350. I've called and asked for a bill on why they are charging me for this, and I havent gotten anything. I've called, emailed, and no help! DO NOT GO HERE. I'm currently reporting them for fraud.

This is a review where the rating is a direct review on the billing. I took my 6 year old daughter that had strep a little over a month ago. The medical experience was fine, tests and the medicine all were performed well. The bill came in the mail afterwards, and then a little bit later I received a text message about an outstanding balance. My daughter has possibly broken pinky toe. So I came to this location and the girl receptionist sitting up in front desk is so rude. Giving patients attitude . Honestly if it would be afternoon I would actually tell her off and would not stay even for one more second to have my daughter treated there. But I didn't have any choice at all. They didnt help me. I had a thumb injury and they just told me to take 7 days of antibiotics and take Tylenol. I left with the same injury as when I came. No relief, just excuses and lies.

Used to love this place but got a text of an unpaid bill from months ago when I wasn't even in the state. And billing department don't answer. I feel scammed.

This is quite possibly the worst medical facility I have ever been to - including several immediate care facilities. Urgent care is never great, but this place is truly awful. I made an appointment and filled out all paperwork online but the appointment was still 30 minutes late - this is somewhat normal. However, I was then brought to a room with a medical assistant who put on gloves and typed on the computer and left the room, grabbing the dirty handle a few times. We went due to fever. Nurse did not had her gloves on. I had to remind her to take the temperature. When she was taking the temperature she was holding the oral thermometer with her bare hand and she mistakenly released the plastic cover of the thermometer inside the mouth. This is a really unprofessional and careless behavior by a First Line worker.

I went there to see a doctor for sore throat. The appointment took less than 10 minutes. They charged me $ 389.09, after insurance plan discount I paid 92.00 the final amount. Few months later I received another bill of $75.00 from Lab. When I called to the billing department they couldn't get any reasonable explanation about the additional bill until I talked to supervisor.
