Recently I purchased a car wash at a Kroger fuel station. I accidentally threw the receipt away with the car wash code on it. I contacted Mike's car wash customer service and not only did they get back with me the same day, they exceeded my expectations by giving me an upgraded car wash code. I had never been to a Mike's Car Wash. My daughter and I received quick and efficient service. We will be back!
Just had their oil change added the interior cleaning package which came with a FREE wash. The oil change went smoothly only took them 15 min then went over to claim my free wash after drove to the interior cleaning line where they cleaned the windows and interior vacuumed. They did a wonderful job and was out in a total of 30 min start to finish. Cost me $129.95 but well worth it. I give them a 5 star rating.
I am a huge fan of Mike's. The attendants are efficient and polite. My ride always sparkles after leaving the Carwash. I was always nervous with about damages or scratches to my car baby and my fears are now absent whenever I go to this Mike's. Treat your car baby to a good cleaning and give them a try.
Cleaned my car to near perfection after a road trip where I had to drive off-road. Fun for children as well as multiple stuffed animals are placed within the wash. They also have great quality vacuum cleaners to polish off the interior. The worker who got my car into the conveyer belt was very funny and kind. Will be back next time!
Don't get ripped off! $7.00 for the ceramic coat? You can buy 6 months worth of Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Detailer for ~$15.00. Plus...it's only available with the ultimate wash. I get the works wash as the tire shine included with the ultimate wash ends up all over the sides of my car as it sprays off the tires as you drive.
Hard to complain about Mikes. They wash your car and will redo if not happy. I prefer the newer eastgate location. Get the holiday booklets buy 4 get 3 free; otherwise it is expensive. Not worth 20 dollars for full wash when you have to dry and vacuum.
Best vacs and nicest guys! We deal with cars for a living and have been to many car washes and this location in Cinci is the best!
I stopped by on a whim and I couldn't be more pleased. My car was FILTHY! I figured that since this might be my only trip to a Mike's Carwash I would go big so I bought the $20 Ultimate Wash. AWESOME! I drive a VW Bug and many carwashes do not do a good job on the back quarter panels. This time there was no problem. My wheels and tires are also clean and shiny. I will go back!
I visited on Saturday August 5th in a black Toyota. The young woman upfront caught that there was some yellow road paint in my wheel wells while spraying down my car on the driver side, but only after she had pressed the button to advance my car through. She radioed ahead to the young man in the back who asked if they could run me through again with the exact same wash to try and get it off - no charge.
