The staff here is great. I have a monthly pass. They are always nice and very accommodating. I'm sure it isn't pleasant to wear that uniform. I take my car there often, and have never had an issue.

Mikes is always open and quick. Even with a long line, it's faster than McDonalds!!!!! The lady helped me find glass cleaner and I was all set! Perfect wash every time. I recommend the Speedway gas station at the corner of Mt Carmel Tobasco and OH-125. Fill up your tank there and buy an Ultimate Mikes Carwash and you save $4.00 Also get 1,000 Speedy Rewards points. Great wash even when the lines are long. Not a long wait. Use them all the time. They took care of an issue I had with no problem. (Very professional )

When I was a kid, I loved the drive-through car washes. It was like an amusement park ride for your car! Mike's is just like the ones from my childhood, but with even better service. You drive up and an attendant helps you choose your car wash and pay. There is a bit of upselling, but it's not overly hard sell. If you have a rear windshield wiper, they put a bag on it to protect it. This is the damage caused by Mike's at our latest car wash. Immediately reported and documented by the technician. Company is refusing to make this right. We have been going to Mike's for decades and thought they would take responsibility and fix this. Will be telling everyone in the community to stop going there.
New Kia Sorento SX prestige had damage on both tail lights from the brushes. Had to rub out with rubbing compound and took up a hour of my time. Still can see brush strokes on both lights. I will go through touch less car wash and save my money.
