The loveland location is the worst , I wrote complaint letter to customer service about a legitimate complaint way back and never received a response I always use ultimate wash and the car always end up with white spots allover and not dry specially windows , also the staff is just not very attentive , i started going to Milford after many episodes and it's a world of difference , great staff and will go out of their way to satisfy the customer kudos to Milford. Pay for the top service and got the lowest said they would send me a credit it had been 3days no credit wha a great way to make money pay for top service and give you the minimum

Couldve been a better trip. The car wash kept turning off and back on. Scaring my kids. And the vacuum doesn't work on the passenger side.

I have been going there for the past yr, because convenient, even though customer service is sketchy. Today however, customer service was really lacking. I was not given the carwash requested, even after being asked twice. I went in the office after and was challenged on why I did not want to receive clear coat. No apology offered...I asked about a redo...but didn't want to go back through then...I could get an email but it would still be for the clear coat & blah blah...I just walked out...3 guys who had no interest in del... read more

I want to send a big shout out to Mike's Carwash. Thanks for forcibly removing that pesky rear wiper from my 4Runner. Snapped the shaft right off of the motor. So now I can replace the motor (365.00), the arm (69.00), and the blade (10.00) plus labor. YAY. According to your letter it is in NO WAY the fault of your machine. Of course not. Clean car but damaged rims. Make sure to take pictures of your rims prior to using this carwash. Check your rims after the wash to make sure your rims don't have a 3 inch gash on your rims. All 4 of my rims were damaged with the same 3 inch mark. Don't expect them to treat you with respect either when you do find this damage. Was there very early in the morning so it was just me and one other customer who was entering the car wash as I pulled up to the first attendant. I told the first attendant that I had never been there before and was not familiar with how it worked. He suggested the $15 wash that was on special for $12. I gave him my cash and looked up to see attendant #2 quickly scooting me along. I approached attendant #2, I was attentive to his guidance to line up my car and was very focused on his direction.
