I went through car wash this morning & had the Ultimate Ceramic. When I got home the top of my trunk was still dirty. The rest of the car was fine. I had to clean it when I got home! Not happy

We have been trying for months to cancel our membership. We have done it online and still they continue to pull $60 a month. We have tried to call numerous times just to get a recording. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

They don't replenish paper towels to clean your car. Every time I go there, they're gone. This is a problem for me as I'm a customer who buys a monthly subscription every month. I'm also an Uber driver and I display the trash bag to give them free advertisement purposely. Other than no paper towels I love the place!

I use to be a big fan of Mike's Car Wash. over the past year, their price for a basic Car wash has risen 60%. The Manager chalked the increase up to inflation. I didn't bother to explain that the costs of people, water, soap, etc haven't risen at that rate. My guess is that the price increases of the price per wash have been increased to make the subscription based "unlimited" product look like a better deal. Very disappointed in the customer service at this location, Cherry Grove, OH. I have always used their service for many years with our family cars and recently I entered with my car during the dryer section, the blower was so strong that it knocked the passenger mirror out of the frame/holder. When they retrieved the mirror it was cracked all over. I filled out a claim sheet and days later was sent a letter by their Customer Claim Manager stating that my mirror must have been loose or damaged before my visit. Which it was... read more

Terrible, terrible, terrible. This is my 2nd BRAND NEW car I have taken there that has been damaged!​ I filed claims immediately with them and they declined both. Clearly their responsibility, but they refuse to take any!!! I will never go there again and I encourage you to think twice before using their car wash service. Very disappointing!!!

my car was damaged in the wash at the south Lebanon Ohio location and they are denying fault! I'm floored with the screenshot and video sent to me by then it's obvious there was no dent prior to entering and one upon leaving! Just had my first car wash at Mike's because Johnny's is closed (so sad- loved Johnnys!)... Anyway, got the $20 ultimate wash. No interior done and my car is still filthy. The windshield wiper lines are still fully evident. Never going back. Over priced and not clean. 1- star for friendly employees. But honestly, they just take my charge card. ‍
