Was able to debug and fix issues with new welder and offer advice and training with our specialized fabric and welding.
Mason was polite and thorough with his training. Until he was happy that my team had gone through all the aspects of setting up, testing and running the machine for the full 5 days he did not take any time for a lunch. My 2 welders were comfortable with the way he explained showed them how to operate the machine and showed them good and bad results and the optimum result.
