Our original Sinclair Triad machine broke down. Called and had a Tech on the phone in minutes, walked us thru a diagnostics, spent 30 minutes with us and took several calls. Unfortunately, it wasn't a simple fix, but within minutes we have everything we needed to sent the machine in for repair thanks for the great service Mike C Capitol Awning
