Purchasing my Mini coop I made a rushed decision and was willing to lose a whdown payment to walk away and not purchase a car. A salesperson Peter sat me down and was patient with me. He worked with me and helped me select a car that I wanted. Left with a car I am enjoying this far.

Awesome Customer Service! Alexandria Mini is awesome!!! Every business would benefit by following their example of outstanding customer service. I bought a 06 Mini with 75k miles on it and no warranty. They had no problem dropping it off at my mechanic so he could inspect it before purchase. He noted a few minor things, nothing unusual for an 11 yr old car. I felt comfortable with the purchase. A week later it starts making a noise. My mechanic had the worst news. The best car buying experience I have had Charles , Carlos and Paul Three guys that made my experience at Passport Min awesome! The team at Mini care about their customer's experience, it shows through their thorough follow up.
