First time buyer This was my first car purchase. I heard about Passport Auto from my mother who heard from the radio. Wonderful Experience I went to Passport Mini of Alexandria looking for a used car. My 2013 Mini had been totaled by a drunk driver who ran into it while it was parked. Believe it or not, I left the dealership with a new 2017 4 door Mini Cooper Hatchback! Jerome Maultsby was an amazing representative of the Mini brand (not that I needed any urging) this is my third Mini. If you're slightly interested in checking out these fun vehicles (they are fun to drive), go to Passport Mini of Alexandria; they treat customers right!
Great Experience! I'll be taking my car back to Mini of Alexandria for future service. I bought my car elsewhere and while I don't have anything bad to say about the dealership, I just felt like Mini of Alexandria is the better place to take the car from the moment I arrived. Pain Free Experience I recently purchased a 2016 mini. I have been searching for a car for a while and always left disappointed with the pricing and sales process; not the case with Passport. Yves was a delight to work with. A total hassle free environment. Stacie in financing was also a delight to work with. Totally impressed with their customer service and attention to detail.
Can we say SATISFIED One of the gentlemen in the service bay greeted with with a warm and friendly smile and guided me to Frank, my service agent. I was a little frustrated from my battery being jumped, cutting open my hand to having to drive from Woodbridge to Alexandria to have this fixed.
