Quick Walk-In Service I came into Alexandria Passport MINI as a walk-in to get scheduled maintenance service performed on my Countryman. I did not have an appointment, however, the service department was able to fit me in. The technician, Carlos, was very helpful in reviewing what would be done as well as suggesting additional items my car would need in the near future. After a brief, tolerable wait in their showroom, my car was serviced and washed. It was a great day!

Great service dept! Carlos was excellent, had me signed in and it took exactly the amount of time he stated. He explained everything, and the repair shop did only what was discussed, no surprises. Also, if a loaner is needed they are very smooth with that service. Ahmed, sales manager is great.

Mini Me I have found that the repairs here are done orderly and if for some reason there is a problem with the repair or new part they fix it and make you whole at no cost to you. The cost might be more but the peace of mind is worth it.
Excellent service dept I was so pleased with my service experience. The work was done in the allotted time and I was delighted when my service attendant took the initiative to put the wide key fob back on my key chain so I could avoid breaking a nail. It was a small gesture that told me he was paying attention to detail. Thanks Eric.
