Excellent service I bought my MINI from Alexandria MINI 5 1/2 years ago and have never stopped loving the car. The service has been very high quality, whether for small things or for some recent larger repairs (fortunately covered by my extended warranty). Medgar Gomez has been my service rep from the beginning and is always very helpful and friendly, as are all the other staff.

Greta service and sales I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for a new or used Mini or any car. Their service department is amazing as well. 2018 Mini Cooper 4-door Hardtop - A great buy! I arrived very early for an 9:30 AM appointment and Mo Badi was there and ready for me. Passport had the auto in front lot for me to view, and Mo answered all of my questions. This loaner vehicle was never titled so it was a actually a new/used Mini Cooper with 8K miles and 2-years left on the warranty. Principal The salesman was not a high-pressure salesman. Very knowledgeable about the car options and features. The sales process moved very quickly and everything was clearly and thoroughly explained.

Great, Friendly Service! I knew which used car I wanted to test drive before arriving. Within 5-8 minutes of arriving I was off driving the car even though they were very busy on a Saturday. Decided to buy the car and was complete with transaction in less than 90 minutes (including test drive). Vinnie M. was the salesman and he did a great job. Extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Ask for him by name, I will next time I’m looking for a Mini.
