Great buying experience I had great buying experience from Passport MINI of Alexandria. Blake, the sale rep exceeded my expectations by helping me out throughout the process and kept me informed at all time. He even called me for a follow up on my experience.His manager even helped me out for getting low financing rate. If you are shopping for Mini Copper that is the place to go to. I highly recommend it.
Great buying experince My experience with the salesman and the dealership was great. The salesman Jamaal Mckenzie, was a pleasure to work with, great customer service, highest marks. We bought a used 2010 mini and Jamaal worked with us on all our needs, concerns and additions - very easy process. Any problems that came up he would check things out and make them right. Just great overall. Best salesman I have worked with.

Best Dealership Experiences I walked in to test drive knowing my budget and having already found a vehicle at a different location, but my salesman, Andy was SO patient, knowledgeable, funny and kind that I ended up spending a couple hours, having lunch (they provided sandwiches and drinks on a super Saturday) and test driving all the different Mini's that I'd made up my mind I was purchasing from them. Repair They always have loaner cars. Service is great. Personnel helpful and always take time to explain issues with my car.
Exactly what I had expected! Passport Mini of Alexandria was wonderful, it was actually one of the easiest buying experience I have ever had. Wonderful place great staff.
