Our salesperson was wonderfully low key and accommodated all of our questions and concerns. Never felt hurried and he was very knowledgeable about all details. We really appreciated the mini genius as well to guide us threw the controls and such!

We came in to Ralph Schomp MINI to test drive a Mini Cooper S and we walked out with a promise from Gabriel that he would find us the perfect car. That is exactly what he did. He checked in with us weekly by sending us emails with videos and descriptions on the latest cars to arrive at the dealership. He would even check-in with us, even if there wasn't a new car available, but to let us know that he was still keeping a watch out. I used the Schomp Honda dealership years ago for service when it was in Golden and when I wanted a Mini I knew exactly where to go. I walked into Schomp MINI with intentions of only test driving a car. I walked out leasing a 2016 Countryman s All4. I worked with Gabe and he was very informative while also being very easy going the whole time. I did not feel pressured or like he was trying to push me on anything. He explained everything until he saw fit and then asked me if I was interested, if I declined he was ok with it. I highly recommend Ralph Schomp MINI! The best car buying experience I have ever had!

We scheduled a mid-week 7:00 p.m. appointment to see a car we were interested in. Erick Packman guided us through our appointment which included test drives of the cars (traded and purchased). Erick's personal touch was both courteous and professional. We got the deal done, including financing, in 2 hours. This was truly our best auto purchasing experience and we have purchased several vehicles over the last 35 years. I highly recommend Schomp Mini and Erick to one and all.

With the help of their salesman, Jason Rash, I was able to lease/finance and get insurance for my new Mini Countryman while laid up in the Cheyenne, WY Veterans Hospital. All this was done on-line, including having to get insurance for it as a resident of New York State. I plan on picking the Mini up next Monday and then driving home to NY after a brief detour to see my daughter in Aspen.
