Everyone in the dealership was most friendly. We had a good test drive, and conversations. We were limited in our time and the sales person, Marcel, and his support personnel were very helpful. We did not get our paperwork when we finished our dealings, but when we brought the mini countryman in for its finishing touches, the paperwork was in the car. There was a problem however. WOW! I purchased a used Mercedes from this dealership. The process went so smoothly and they really do get you our in about an hour like they say. I'ts been about a year now and I can say that the service department bends over backwards to make sure you are happy and comfortable while your servicing is done. Most places are only helpful when you're "their" customer. I bought a MINI through a private party that still had Warranty and Maintenance left. I grew up in Colorado but now live in New York state, right in the middle of the salt belt. I first reached out to Schomp Mini online, I was responded back to very quickly. They were helpful and lined up the vehicles I was inquiring about for me to test drive almost immediately. The test drives were very good as well, they couldn't of been better. Buying the car was also a very straight forward, easy process. All my options were laid out in front of me and good information on each of the services/options were presented. I felt no pressure to buy anything I didn't want.
