My neighbor recently purchased a Mini at Ralph Schomp Mini. He had an awesome sales experience with one of your salesman, Paul Villard. He provided excellent customer service, and exceeded all of his expectations of Ralph Schomp. His experience with Paul Villard was so positive; the next time I consider purchasing a vehicle, I will definitely make Ralph Schomp my stop for car sales!

The entire experience start to finish was the best ever. I was told the salesmen did not work on commission; which explained why everybody seemed to really want to help. All questions explained in detail. No high pressure. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Even the finance guy was great. Lots of paperwork, lots of extras offered but no pressure at all. I was looking for a very special Mini, the JCW GP. Most local dealerships had very limited supply, but Schomp had exactly what I was looking for and at the best price! Went looking for a Mini in Spicy Orange and Al found one for us. Turns out it was a roadster. Kinda hesitant, but after driving roadster and convertible demo cars, my wife and I were in total agreement that the roadster was the one for us. Deal went very smoothly and was no pressure all the way. My wife really liked and wanted the racing stripes and I have to admit there wasn't much argument from my end. We had some major repairs done this week and they were able to get the parts in quickly. They kept me post along the way on all progress and took the time to explain everything. Overall, I was extremely happy with my car buying experience at Ralph Schomp from my initial treatment upon stepping on to the lot, to my test-drive, and up to my final purchase by all the staff. The dealer I worked with, Chad, was very knowledgeable and quick in his responses to my questions & numerous emails about Mini's.
