I had been looking for a used car for a few weeks. I was expecting the usual high pressure sales game. The sales people aren't on commission, and the prices are right in that area where they can make money but low enough to compete against anything else around. It takes the pressure off so it can actually be fun. I worked with Fabi. She was really on the ball, and seemed like a genuinely good person. She made the whole process virtually painless.

I am hardwired to dislike car dealerships. I can't help it. I'm sure it is something that dates back to the days of when they took your keys and threw them on the roof and said they lost them. But, I recently had a relaxing car buying experience here. After my 3rd trip to the service department for a lightbulb malfunction in less then a week, I was extremely frustrated. Instead of getting to the bottom of the issue they were just changing the bulb. I was driving back and forth and planting myself in the waiting room over and over. I went to purchase a Mini and I was extremely nervous. Car buying I find overwhelming and confusing and I was worried about pushy salesmen. Nic was extremely helpful in getting the information I needed to make an informed purchasing decision. Throughout the entire process I never felt intimidated or pushed into buying something I didn't want. He was patient, relaxed, and non-threatening. I even came on multiple occasions to see multiple cars until I found the one I wanted.
