The only poor mark I can give is that the response to my financing request took so long. However, my credit union took just as long to process, so it's likely that this was due to my personal situation. It would have been nice if the finance team could have called me with updates, even if they didn't have one, though. Overall, my experience was very pleasant. We had a great experience at Ralph Schomp Mini Dealership last Thursday, July 22nd. We had taken our 2004 Mini in for service and ended up buying/driving home a brand new Clubman!!! My experience was very good, with Don Bailey going above and beyond to get the Mini I wanted. I was slightly disappointed that certain options were not available on the mini's in the lot, but Don explained too me the reasons, which I understood. The entire process was smooth, and there was the expected amount of sales pressure from the finance person regarding extended warranties and maintenance. We have know Devin for 6 years as owners of Minis. When my car needed major repairs recently, we were happy to hear that we could work with Devin on the sales side...though we will miss him in service.
