He truly understands his customer’s needs and is a great communicator. He lays out a plan for every service visit so you always know exactly what is going on. He’s a big reason why we are now a three MINI family!
"Allen handled my car repairs even though we were out of..." Allen handled my car repairs even though we were out of town. We were able to have our loaner transported by a friend when the car was complete. He handled all of the information by cell phone and kept us informed of the repairs needed. They needed the car for several days. It was nice to see the car safe and sound in our garage by cell phone. Cell phones are good but mini service department is great!

Most importantly Allen Rollocut’s warm and friendly face is still ever present. I recently took my car in to the shop for a leak. The whole experience is devoid of any snags, burrs, blotches etc. You come with your problem - they fix it - you pay and go, that’s it. Just cannot possibly be any better than that.
