However, I would especially like to tout and commend Alan Rolocut. Alan always greets with a big smile and warm hello. He is knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and helpful. What more can I ask for. "My most recent service visit was a good experience. The..." My most recent service visit was a good experience. The lobby was clean, and Yoni was a pleasure. He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and also the history of my particular vehicle. When an unexpected tire repair came up, the tire was ordered and installed the very next day. I was escorted to the loaner vehicle desk, and was quickly provided with a low mileage loaner vehicle. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service.

Now not only does my Countryman ride great, it looks superb!!

"I’ve been dealing with Mini of Towson for 7 years and..." I’ve been dealing with Mini of Towson for 7 years and Allen Rolocut has been my service advisor each time. He is the most pleasant customer service person! He makes sure to be thorough in explaining everything to me and he’s always so kind to make sure I’m happy with everything. I just received four new tires, an oil service, and air-conditioning service and all were performed extremely well and I noticed a big improvement with my car. Allen really is the best!
