"Great Customer Service" Joe Frasco my service advisor listen and had everything checked and fixed. Joe is extremely friendly so when I needed help getting my new phone connected he made sure that he got Dan to help. Dan was very patient and not only helped me connect my phone but we ran through what I missed. "Fine service experience" Brought my 2019 Mini S convertible in for its first scheduled service. Ryan was as always helpful, pleasant and kept me informed of the status. Some additional update was required for my car as well which took some additional time but not excessively so. The car was washed nicely as well. While there Ruby our salesperson through whom we bought the car last year came by and we had a pleasant chat. She has always made the Mini experience first class.
"Friendly service without the hard sell." We already own a Mini S and love it. This is primarily my husbands car. When it was time for me to get a new car as my SUV was really getting old, I looked at the countryman. It has everything I want! All wheel drive, comfortable and powerful, lots of bells and whistles and really good looking. All while being the size I wanted. "Very Satisfied!" I was taking my Mini to change two tires. Customer service was great. They care for their customers. The customer service agent was responsive to all my questions and explained in full detail what service was needed to my car. Staff was friendly. I would recommend this center to others.
