"Positive Service Experience" Brought my Mini for service due to Check Engine warning. Ryan Patti was extremely helpful in making the appointment as easy as possible for me. Ryan helped me obtain a loaner to alleviate a longer wait than what was initially anticipated due to volume; and after the vehicle was diagnosed later that day explained very clearly what the issues were and provided guidance as to how to prioritize the repair sequencing. "Great Service" With short notice, I was given a same day service appointment. I was treated very well and the service was completed in a very reasonable amount of time.
"Excellent" Easy and professional to deal with, good job Bob Filenbaum was excellent sales person from start to finish. We are thoroughly enjoying our Mini and Bob made it happen
"Oil change and overall inspection." The service received at the MINI dealership in Ramsey is wonderful! My oil light had flashed on, so I called Ryan Patti, who is terrific to work with! He said to come right over. My car was taken care of and inspected. The inspection revealed two other potential problems to be dealt with on a future visit, which Ryan discussed with me. My 2012 Countryman has only been serviced by the Ramsey dealership and I've always been pleased with their service.
"MINI of Ramsey = Awesome" MINI of Ramsey has always gone above and beyond to service our MINIs with care. This time was really different situation... I had returned from a recent externship across the country(Utah) and my MINI was in pretty bad shape due to neglect from a shop who had replaced its clutch. "Maintenance " From the moment you walk in to the dealership everyone is very friendly coming into the dealership everyone is friendly and the service I received was done in a timely manner and great.
