"Friendly and helpful" With Gregory and Ruby's help, I purchased pre-owned Mini. They located the MINI convertible with the options I wanted and I love it.
"The car sold itself!" Since the beginning of the year looking for a car, but I was still on the fence for convertible or countryman. Test drove both, and was hooked immediately on the convertible sport. My sales agent Terry never pressured me and was very helpful. Now I can say I am super happy.
"Decent and courteous!" Helpful and personable employees in all positions, good coffee/snacks in the waiting area, clean and comfortable showroom, set Mini of Ramsey apart from other service center options!

"great experience" I called service rep Ryan Patti because my 2 door hardtop S was having air conditioning problem. Ryan gave me a next day appointment (which I requested). He had a loner waiting for me and after complimentary coffee and a bagel I left. He later called me telling me it was a leaky hose that was the problem and the would be ready next day. "Friendly and helpful" Came with a girlfriend to look at pre-owned MINIs. Gregory was not only friendly, but happily walked us through the options and the items I might care about. He suggested a great route for our test drive as I wanted manual transmission and the route gave me plenty of opportunity to test the engine and the transmission.
