"Quick and pleasant" I stopped into the service center because of an issue with the chrome around my headlight. The service professional was very accommodating and friendly. He said it could be fixed on the spot and even the car washed. We waited just about an hour having snacks and coffee in the dealership, and then we were ready to go. Customer service was excellent.
"Mark was amazing and made the process bearable!" Mark allowed me to continue to use their beautiful loaner while making the best choice for fixing or replacing my mini. When it came time to buy, I give Mark most of the credit for the sale because if he in the service department hadn’t made it so easy, I wouldn’t have given them the chance to match a great price I found elsewhere. Kudos to Mark in service at Prestige Mini!
"Ruby was great and made buying a new mini fun!" Ruby was bubbly and excited about her job and it showed. She was able to finalize all of the specifics and get me on the road again in my new convertible Mini S. She added a little pizazz to the car buying process which is usually far from enjoyable!
"new car purchase" Excellent service. Salesman, Bob Filenbaum and manager Abe Khalifen where straight forward and helpful in making a deal on my trade-in and new car purchase. This is the fourth Mini Cooper that I have purchased at this dealership.

"Yearly service" They always value you as a customer, do a great job and I love that they wash the car as part of the service. I recommend them highly.

"Satellite Grey" Greg was instrumental in helping us purchase this car. Mini Cooper Convertible Aqua Caribe, with Satellite Grey seats. The closest one was in Rockland, MA. Greg did a tremendous amount of communication with both dealerships to make this happen in a very short time period. The store manager at the South Shore Mini in Rockland, Alex Stoyanov, was very gracious in handling this purchase for us.
