We just purchased our wonderful pre-owned MINI Cooper convertible from Ruby King at Prestige MINI. What a fantastic sales experience. We initially inquired about the car via the internet. We were lucky enough to have Ruby respond. The entire process was that of professional friendliness. We drove away in our MINI, completely satisfied. Proceeded to Prestige MINI after not being thrilled with a different dealership's selection and sales tactics a year ago. Prestige had a much larger selection, excellent staff, and a nicer dealership (cleaner, friendlier, nicer store, nicer everything). I have to start by saying that I've wanted a Mini since the Italian Job came out! I tried once before to look at Mini's, but it just wasn't the right time. Initially, when I visited Prestige MINI, I worked with Spiro and he allowed me to test drive a couple of models. He was very helpful, but was on vacation when I came back to purchase a car. Our Motoring Advisor, Bob Filenbaum is superb in helping us find the MINI that we wanted at the best price. He kept us updated on the status of our car while it was being shipped from the UK. Dealing with Ruby, was almost as much fun as driving my new Mini home! She is friendly, informative, professional and excited for you to love the car as much as she does. She kept me informed of the ordering process, when it was built, shipped, delivered. She was also most informative upon me picking up my Mini Countryman, giving me all the info I would need to enjoy my car to its fullest.
From the first test drive to picking up my plates, I experienced nothing but great service, all friendly and welcoming!
