From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were welcomed as if in a friend's home. Alfredo, our sales adviser was extremely courteous and respectful. He listened, connected and responded. The customer service is always outstanding even when dealing with a difficult situation such as a puddle under the weather mat or failed window regulators at 65K miles... I have met with Carolyn at 7:00 am on a Friday dropped off my car for service and rec'd a call at 8:00 pm the same day to check on "how the service " went! Even if I change to another Car Manufacturer I would try to stay with a Prestige Dealership as the people they employ go out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly.

Ruby was so lovely, engaging and thorough- she was understanding when a deer jumped onto the lease I was returning and I arrived with a destroyed car in a tow truck, and she took the time to show me ALL the features of my new MINI, an experience I did NOT have at the MINI of Morristown. She is enthusiastic and very knowledgable about her product, which as a customer made me feel at ease.

It was time to buy a new car I searched it seems like every type of car until I remembered about the Mini. I prepared myself for the slimy salesperson pitching everything from the kitchen sink and not listening to what I wanted....What I got, well surprises all around. Lovely dealership. Amazing experience from the start when we walked in to when we left with the car. Ruby kept us posted on status of the mini. She was very friendly and personably. No sleazy salesman like qualities. I would buy again from her.

I had a very good experience buying my 2nd mini from Prestige in Ramsey. My sales person Erin Hilyer was excellent. I was in the market for over a year and she was patient and never pressured me. I liked that she provided choices to consider and worked fairly to getting the right deal. I highly recommend Erin and her diligence to work with you on the right car. The new 2014 mini is very nice. a big step up from the 2006S I previously owned.

It was a pleasure buying my car at Prestige Mini and dealing with Ruby. The CPO Clubman S was delivered exactly as described in the listings. Ruby was very efficient, knowledgeable and prompt with all the paperwork. During the delivery process she explained every function, button and screen in the car.
