I have to start by saying that I live on the east end of Long Island and I happen to be near Ramsey N.J. Wonderful buying experience. This is our first mini and we are thankful Suditi was there throughout the process, she is an outstanding advisor and very knowledgeable. I came into the MINI dealership looking a dream car, and Ruby King delivered just that. I had preselected the car from autotrader.com, and Ruby was assigned to me as a sales rep. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. From scheduling a test drive, to following up with me and make sure that I was comfortable with the car, to answering all my questions, and finally when it came time to purchase the car. I had been looking for a new car for a couple of months before I came to Prestige Mini. The salesperson I dealt with, Sarem Yousif, was incredibly helpful, extremely knowledgeable about the product and generally made the whole car-buying experience very pleasant. Especialy when I compare it to some of the other dealerships and salespeople I dealt with previously. Thanks Sarem!
