I want to say how great the experience we had leasing a Mini Countryman with Bob Filenbaum. It was so easy and Bob made the process enjoyable. Some sales people just go through the motions; not Bob you can tell he loves what he does and it made the process so much easier. I would highly recommend Bob Filenbaum for your Mini lease or purchase.

I found Erin Hilyer to be extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, kind, and enthusiastic throughout the car-buying process. I called to the dealership and was connected to Erin, what a great connection. I had just had a bad experience with another dealer earlier in the day. We live over an hour away and Erin made sure the vehicle I was interested was still available before driving all that way. I came to the Prestige MINI from Brooklyn to purchase my second MINI. I owned 2006 MINI hardtop and this was my second time to look into various dealership around the city to trade in my old MINI to new MINI.
