The whole process was pleasant, Terry and Michelle are very knowledgeable about the cars and relevant products. The car was serviced and cleaned before our pickup, it felt like we got a brand new car! Very glad we went with this dealership and looking forward to going back for services for years to come.

I would however say my financing experience was not the same. I was told a used financing rate by sales after discussion with their manager and then when I went into finance manager it was 1% more than what was agreed. The finance manager then stated it couldn’t change but in the end they honored what was communicated.
