"Purchasing my new mini was a fun experience working with..." Purchasing my new mini was a fun experience working with my sales professional - Ruby. She walked me through everything about the car. I would however say my financing experience was not the same. I was told a used financing rate by sales after discussion with their manager and then when I went into finance manager it was 1% more than what was agreed. The finance manager then stated it couldn’t change but in the end they honored what was communicated.
