When I inquired about one I saw online at Mini of Ramsey, Alexandra contacted me the same day. She answered all my questions and I scheduled a test drive. When I arrived the car was ready form me sanitized and everything. I decided to buy the car and Alex walked me through each step of the process which was seamless. Customer service was above and beyond.

Mr. Khalifeh showed us the car and Bob walked us crystal clear through the process for both trading in my old car and purchasing the new one.
