I wasn't a happy client, but Mark, Ryan and team, were patient with me. They took the necessary time to find out what the problem was and insured everything was working prior to me getting my Mini back. And when I did, I was a happy Mini owner again. "I’ve been through dozens of dealerships in my lifetime..." I’ve been through dozens of dealerships in my lifetime and have never experienced such a smooth process. Most importantly, I never felt like I was being force fed anything, be it the vehicle, options, price, and any additional coverage. The entire experience was more conversational. The staff is spectacular. Abe Levi, Greg, Michelle, etc; what a wonderful set of folks that know how to treat people. I’d give them a 12/10. It was that good.

I like the updating in real time by text and video by the technician, this time around it wasn’t done , I think it should be something mini of ramsey should do with all appointments.

"The check in process was easy, updates were provided...." The check in process was easy, updates were provided. Upset that the system was not reset - still says 01/2021 3000 miles (has been this since early 2020) even though the work was performed.
