"Good Car and overall good experience " Professional and Courteous overall good experience. Terry and the staff were easy to work with. The only reason for a 4 vs a 5 star rating is there was some confusion on the final pricing. They did rectify the discrepancy and made the corrections. I also expected a faster delivery proceeds. All and all a good experience.

"Invitational free maintenance service event" I gave four stars only because my questions have yet to be answered by Mini concerning my car. I was promised a follow up In person, via text and over the phone in a survey with a woman.... They did find my car was in need of a repair which I opted to get done. They did a great job. Thank you. "Great overall experience" I brought my MINI S in for its first service and was impressed with the overall experience. Scheduling a convenient time was easy, The appointment started as soon as I walked in and service was performed quickly. I was kept informed during the brief wait and everything was explained to my satisfaction upon completion.
"Good dealer to work with for service" I've had my Mini Clubman S in for service a few times and each time the service coordinator, Joe has been a pleasure to deal with. Being honest and sincere with his recommendations. So far I'm very happy. Now about those run-flat tires........
