"Service department " Easy and painless service. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The tech working on the vehicle was very handsome. Car was nice and clean after the service.
"Stressless" They were great! On time, accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, they made appropriate suggestions and took away the stress. I’m very grateful and the service they did on the car is perfect....so thank you!!
"Car Service" Came in for my regular oil change and it was easy to schedule over the phone. The service took literally an hour and it felt like 10min because my time there I mainly conversed with Dan and Mark. These guys over here know their stuff! Every employee I come across at MINI of Ramsey are charismatic, knowledgeable, and supportive. They make practical suggestions and don’t push you in making decisions. Always going to be a MINI owner because of that.
"Joseph Frasco cares about his customers. " I had many questions to ask Joe and he was there to answer them. I brought my Car in to have repairs and he took over. He took care of the car being sent to the body shop. I was given a ride to get the loaner car and then when i returned the loaner Joe was there again to help by getting someone for me to follow so I could return the car and then get a ride back to Mini. "Great experience" It was such a nice experience at this dealership not having the usual pressure from pushy salespeople. Greg Louvat was patient and did not pressure me at all and it was an overall great experience.
"service" rotation and balancing done. found needed to change two belts which I had done in one visit as I didn't want to return another time. good service

"Mini 2014 Service 10-12-2019" The service was done promptly. The car was not washed as stated by the service employee but it is not a big deal. However, the car mats were washed. The dealer waiting area is comfortable
"Latest Mini service, new tires and alignment" I took my mini to Prestige for the first non-new car work since I bought the call a little ver two years ago. I needed new tires and an alignment. I was pleasantly surprised by the concern the mini service person, Ryan Patti, had for the cost of the work being done.
