"Service" Always a great experience dealing with Ryan Patti in the Service Department. Had a question regarding engine oil light; Ryan got back to me and scheduled an appointment right away. While waiting, struck up a nice conversation with Bob Filenbaum, from whom I bought my car. Love Mini Ramsey.
"First Service" I have been a customer of Mini of Ramsey for over 10 year, and I just leased my first car. I keep coming back because the service they offer is superior. They always fix my car - with no residual effects of something else going wrong - and they are always willing to work with me to get me back on the road quickly. Also, since this was a lease, I had some questions about service requirements which they were more that happy to spend time with me to answer.
"Great experience, I love my mini!" I had a great experience purchasing my car at Mini. Ruby was very helpful and thorough when deciding what car to buy. She went over all my options clearly, without taking up too much of our time. When it came time to buy our car, Michelle in finance was very helpful as well. She laid out all of our options, clearly and concisely, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable. I love my mini and highly recommend the car and dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!
"5 star service!" Was in for routine oil change. Joe was great, very helpful and informative! Waiting area was comfortable. Overall always a good experience at mini of Ramsey.
"Ruby is a real gem!" She was thoughtful and made best use of every minute we spent at the dealership. Very knowledgeable about all the tech in the car and the car itself. Its not everyday that a customer service experience blows you away but Mini or Ramsey got it right. The General Manager Michael was fantastic as was Videsh in finance and Carlos who handled our lease return. We couldnt have asked for a better experience and will recommend them to everyone! "Awesome Service" I have purchased Mini Coopers from Spiro Bogris since 2006 for me personally and for my company AARauctions.com. Spiro’s attention to details is phenomenal. "Mark does a great job" Mark does a great job and is knowledgable, professional, courteous, and prompt. Some people on the rest of the team could take a page from his book.
"Sales reps need backup from compassionate management" Ruby was very personable and helped to educate me on all the intricacies of the mini as opposed to more traditional vehicles. The issue came when a logistical problem caused a delay that severely affected my holiday plans. The manager gave us a very hard time once we wanted a price cut for the inconvenience. We all played our position. But when the "ball" was passed to the dealership, they were missing paperwork... That sort of inconvenience should be footed by those res... read more
