"Urgent visitor from Canada" As I travelled to NJ for the Holidays, my MINI had an issue and resulted in a roadside stalling. I called the Service Dept and they said to bring it by on the following day. Was thoroughly impressed with the pleasant greeting, professional treatment, quick resolution and overall impressions of the dealership are fantastic. Thanks to Ryan Patti and the full Service team for the excellent Service. Look forward to my next visit with any one of my four MINIs.
"Efficient service" Efficient visit. All staff professional and friendly. Ryan provides excellent customer service. I always feel taken care of. Just wish it were a bit more reasonably priced.
"`friendly and efficient" brought my mini for a routine oil service and Mark was very communicative with me about how long things would take, and what could be accomplished. plus the dealership itself is a nice relaxing environment to hang out in while i waited.
"High pressure pump checked " I called in for a recall on my Vehicle. I was told to bring the car in for a check up so i did. Vehicle high pressure pump was changed on the spot. In and out the door in 1hr ! Great and fast service A+
"Service was fantastic" Mini - Ramsey is hands down the best place for service. The service reps are beyond knowledgeable and accommodating. I have taken my Mini to other service centers and was thoroughly disappointed in every aspect of the word. Although Ramsey isn't the most convenient for me in terms of distance, that extra drive is well worth the trip/experience.
"Friendly staff with pleasant experience" Due to the ownership change, packages I bought when bought the car became no good but they were nice enough to honor it on their own.
