Service at Mini of Fort Myers David was very accommodating and made the process of getting my Mini repaired very easy and hassle free. He notified me right away with any updates and let me know as soon as my car was ready to be picked up. Couldn’t have asked for a better service experience.

Great customer service Sara L. in Service is a gem! She always greets us with a smile and treats us like family (we are a Mini family, purchased 7 from this dealership) . I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. Sara texted me on the status of my mini and informed we when the repairs were completed. My car was ready the next day. Fast service! Great customer service! I highly recommend Mini of Fort Myers!
