Mini of Fort Myers Even though my Mini Cooper Clubman (Used) was not purchased at this dealership, it made no difference and I was treated as though I did. Customer service was excellent, and repairs were performed quickly.

Noise coming from my sun roof? Sara is the best, I mentioned to her the problem I was having and the test that I tried . But couldn't solve the noise problem.She and the tech that worked on it and had it solved by the next morning. With an explanation of what was wrong.

Warranty Battery was dead had to have towed to dealership battery replaced under warranty. Sara the service writer is greatHad a little trouble connecting with roadside assistance but got the job done the towing company they send was the best and very helpful
Service on 2015 Mini Cooper Service here is always top notch and personalized. They get things done quickly and they do it well. Sarah is always amazing with me and takes customer service to the next level by taking time to ask how I?m doing and talk about life in a very genuine way!
