Mini Service Very good overall. Would’ve preferred if they had replaced the worn tire for free but we agreed a discount that is satisfactory.

Regular service appt From the time I drove up through completion the service was prompt, courteous, professional and exceeded expectations!
Nail in tire repairing This is my 3rd Mini purchased from Mini of Ft Myers. My service is always performed by this dealership specifically due to their excellent service of my cars and their outstanding customer care of me!
Mini of Ft Myers Brian helped me to lease a new mini 2 door. He took the time to explain exerything in detail including costs and got in the car with me & explained the details of all the features. He made me feel as though he cared that i would be happy with my purchase. I walked out ghe same day with, plates & new registration in my hand thanks to Alicia. I would definitely recommend them.

Service review The service department is trying harder to please the customer than in the past. But it takes a long time to get even basic service work completed so you need to bring a book or something to occupy your time. Eddie was helpful and remembered the vehicle which was nice. However, it is an hour drive from home so I would not purchase another car that I have to drive so far to get service work done.
