Service at Fort Myers MINI. I had a battery problem. I went back to Fort Myers MINI and they confirmed that my battery was failing. I made an appointing to replace the problem battery. I was given an appointment that fit my schedule and I brought in my MINI. As usual, the requested work was performed to perfection. They replaced the battery but I did not have to reset my radio stations or any of the other electronic settings in the car. They car back to me as it had been before the battery replacement. My salesman, Paul Jennings, and I have known each other now for the past 3 years, and he is the most honest salesman I have ever met! He advises you, he doesn't sell you. Outstanding Service When you go looking for a car for your collage student and end up buying one for your wife as well ....you better have a dealership with an AWESOME service dept. Mini Countryman Went in for a repair an they were quick and very friendly
Amazing cars amazing service. We purchased two cars the same day one for my wife and one for our daughter. The dealership is an amazing facility as are the people inside.....the service team of Claude and Eddie know their stuff and have made sure our two Mini's stay on the road....
Owner First time with this dealership. Over the top service people and tech's!! Clean waiting area, I was told how long the service would take....they finished early by 20 minutes! They made suggestions on other additional services for me to "consider".....I went with 1 and declined another....without any discussion/objection! I was buying a used car but I felt I was given the same service as I would if I had purchased a new vehicle. All my questions were answered and everyone was very courteous and friendly.
