Bought a 2013 mini It was as good as anyone would expect. They were very accommodating and answered any questions that I had.

Excellent customer service I came in there on a saturday, it was very busy and I did not have an appointment. I was impressed by Sara from customer service, even though there was a line of customers waiting, she was very welcoming and willing to help everybody right away. The repair service took a quick look at my car. That's why we were able to order some necessary parts right away to avoid a long waiting time.
