They have done decent work in the past for my college-age son and his 2008 Mini. For example, they installed a new clutch and performed several other minor repairs with a good customer experience with Brian. I drove 1 1/2 hours in terrible traffic just to get there when the manager was leaving. There were many delays on my way. Frustrated, i approached the mgr and told him i had traveled and gotten held up. He said "sorry were closed". Of coarse my frustration was obvious. He asked me "what do you want me to do everyone is gone" "did you not know we close at 5?" By now I am astounded by the rudeness. Defective cars. Never again. They are so many mechanical issues in such a short amount of time. I am not hard on cars. I still own 2 of the 4 I owned but I will never buy another one again.
Received a fake copy of an email in the mail from them supposedly from the general manager telling his team they have "permission to pay whatever you need to get these vehicles...," one of which is the model and year of my car. Not sure how they got this information on me, or why anyone is looking for a 2004 Taurus. Stick to marketing, not deception.
