Tried to pay for my car upfront and have literally been sent out twice money in hand. First time electric transfer or wire and then cashiers check from my personal account .... Is this normal? I even asked for correct form of payment and came back and still was sent home without a car and excuse why they cant accept the payment after 5. So is it another reason?
Giving 0 stars. Absolutely prejudice and discriminatory practices. Worst customer treatment I have seen in years of car shopping. Came in, interested in buying a used 2018 Audi TT 2.0T. I asked if I can go on a test drive by myself (would sign a waiver, give insurance, a deposit if needed), but was declined because I wasn't old enough in their eyes. Yes, I am older than 21. Shady sales practices...they sold a used car right out from under us after we test drove (on a Saturday), negotiated a price (on Monday) after THEY called us to follow up on the test drive, and scheduled a purchase appointment (Tuesday afternoon). They even asked for our insurance information 2 hours before the Tuesday appointment to "speed up the sale." I love my car but every time I go the experience, from the coffee to the service, is worse. I'll stop going to this location and I do not plan to buy from them again.
I kills me to have to remove my 5 star review of Mini of Montgomery, however, I’ve been trying to get in touch with the gentleman who is the finance man for WEEKS. I’ve called and left messages multiple time, the operator says she’s emailed him for me, my husband has called. This lack of service is RIDICULOUS. I’ll never buy another Mini Cooper or use Mini of Montgomery. If you want service, don’t go here. Unless they are making a sale, they have no interest in helping you.
Service department overcharged me—added a repair twice to my bill.
Very misleading service department. My mom came to visit from out of town and was told her coolant was leaking. To fix the issue it was going to cost over $1000. Since this seemed a little fishy we had the car checked out at a different place and they have still to this day found nothing wrong. Be very cautious with the service department at this location. This just isn’t the “mini way”. Go to any other location but do not give these dishonest employees any more of your money.
