While I love our new Mini, I am astonished by the terrible customer service we have received. We have been waiting on a replacement key for about 2 months. The key we were given doesn't work and although manager Tim Vo says that he fears we were given the wrong key (and that he would look into the matter), he won't give us an update, return calls, or emails. The salesman who sold us our car (Danny Anh), who assured us he would be happy to help as needed, has been of no help, either. I would NEVER recommend buying a car at Mi... read more

Took my 10 year old Mini with 55,000 miles in for a recall. They tore my leather seat cover in the process and replaced it with a new seat cover. Unfortunately, the new bottom seat cover did not match the 10 year old leather seat covers on the back of the passenger seat or those on the driver's side. Though the service manager tried a few things to correct the mis-matched seat covers, he was not successful. The only real solution is to replace all the seat covers on the front two front seats. I was disappointed not buying my car at this dealer, but have my car at different dealer and it has 49,000 miles on it. I took the car to this dealer to check it if it's needed service before it get to 50,000. they took my car with no appointment and update my software and clean my car. I also have free lunch by one of the sale man invited me, i have a double service. I will go to MINI MONTGOMERY anytime for service..

It sadden me to report the poor customer service I witnessed with this dealership. I was on the phone with one of my closet friends as she explaining the threating treatment she was receiving from this dealership. As she was explaining her experience "the manger" came after her and a very threating and overbearing matter. At that time she was outside of the dealership standing in the parking-lot. I have not used this establishment, though I was looking for an alternative to bring my mother's car in for service because this is closer. However based off of previous reviews, we will continue to make the trip to Annapolis where Rob usually takes good care of her.

My point of writing this review was not just to get my car fixed. TJ and DANNY had some of the worst customer service I've experienced in my LIFE! After telling me that they didn't break my car over and over again. I left to speak to my mother on the phone. TJ came outside and walked up to me and asked me did I have a problem with him. At this point, I did not Feel safe. I felt threatened. I immediately told him to get away from me else I would call the police. I had my car serviced here for the last 2 days. I went to pick up my car and turned on to the highway and the small light on the drivers side of my car just flew off. I told the service cashier Danny and he said they did not do it. Danny even argued with me about how they didn't do it but will fix it. I went outside to call my mom about it and the service manager TJ that sits in the office next to Danny came outside and asked me did I have a problem with him and walked towards me.
