A great car sold by a great dealership and a fantastic salesperson in Castor Estrada. I started considering a MINI over a year ago when it thought I would be deployed back to the US. That's when I first met Castor. He was great then. As it happens my return to the US was delayed by a whole year but Castor stayed in touch, and gave me updates. And now, when it came to purchase, he walked me through every step, no surprises. I highly recommend MINI of Montgomery.
Kristin in the service department is awesome. She was so helpful and attentive to my and my car's needs. She listened when I told her that my job does not allow me access to my phone regularly (I'm a hair stylist). She emailed me to let me know what my car's issues were and what the costs would be. By doing this, she didn't annoy me with constant calls and messages to call her back. I got all the information I needed when I was able to look at my email.
